Independent practice, accepting 2026 engagements

I build healthcare quality systems that earn accreditation and last.

Healthcare accreditation lead across CAP, JCIA, ISO 15189, ISO 7101 and ISO 9001. Compliance work with the healthcare commissions (PHC, KPHC, IHRA).

About

A practitioner first, a consultant second.

I did not come to this work from a training room. I have run diagnostic laboratory operations, led CAP peer inspections, and built quality systems inside institutions that could not afford to fail an audit.

That shapes every engagement. I know where quality systems break, because I have stood in the gap-closure room the night before a mock inspection.

Today I work independently, helping diagnostic laboratories, hospitals and healthcare networks earn and sustain accreditation. Institutional engagements run through Process & Quality Improvement Consultants (PQIC).

How I work

Four phases. No shortcuts.

The same structure every time, because sustainable quality systems are not built by improvising.

PHASE 1

Diagnostic audit

A structured gap assessment against the target standard: CAP checklist, ISO 15189:2022 or JCIA. Each finding is documented, ranked by risk and effort, and turned into a remediation map with named owners.

PHASE 2

Architecture and roadmap

Design of the quality system: policies, procedures, forms and governance. A phased roadmap with milestones and owners, tied to your accreditation calendar.

PHASE 3

Implementation

Hands-on support for documentation, staff training, process change and system integration, with regular checkpoints, CAPA tracking and mock audits before the real inspection.

PHASE 4

Readiness and handover

Final inspection preparation, team briefing and a handover that leaves your team able to maintain the system without a consultant holding it together.

Live at client sites

Beyond consulting: a digital quality management system.

Most quality systems live in binders and spreadsheets. They are hard to maintain, invisible to management, and forgotten between audits.

The digital quality management system was built at QatalystCore LLP, our healthcare ecosystem development venture, and is live at client sites. It covers the compliance lifecycle from the first gap assessment through continuous monitoring and re-accreditation.

  • Standards-mapped tracking (ISO 15189, CAP, JCIA)
  • Document control and versioning
  • CAPA lifecycle management
  • Internal audit scheduling
  • Quality indicators dashboard
  • Training and competency records
